We may share relevant contact and property information between matched investors and sellers as part of facilitating a specific introduction, with appropriate care and only to the extent necessary for that purpose. We share data with Formspree, our form processing provider, which transmits your submission to our email. We share anonymized usage data with Google Analytics. Where a transaction proceeds, we share relevant information with the licensed Florida Title Company handling the closing.

6. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in the Netherlands and in the United States. Transfers from the European Economic Area to the United States are made under appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where applicable. By submitting information through this website, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal data submitted through this website for a period of three (3) years from the date of submission, or for the duration of any ongoing transaction and one (1) year thereafter, whichever is longer. Analytics data is retained in accordance with Google Analytics default settings, which we have configured to anonymize IP addresses.
